Common Areas include a Victorian Parlor, Entry Halls, and a Formal Dining Room. 

Guest Rooms are detailed with antiques and elegant period furnishings.  All rooms have Central Air/Heat and Queen-size beds. Each has its own private bath with an antique claw-foot tub and French hand held showers.

The DeWare Room
The room colors are hunter green, burgundy, and rose.  This room features a tall antique queen size bed with stepup that dates back to 1860, two velvet Victorian chairs, lace curtains, antique dresser and armoire.
The decor of this room is antique wedding.
This could be why Dallas/Fort Worth Life Styles Magazine consider the DeWare Room,
"among one of the most romantic rooms in town". 

The Governor's Room
This room has a queen-size Victorian Eastlake bed with 8-1/2 foot tall marble top Eastlake dresser.  Tastefully decorated, the two tapestry wing back chairs blend wonderfully with the room colors of burgundy, navy blue and camel tan.
Among the decorations are original oil paintings and a flappers hat from the 1920's.

Your gourmet Breakfast is served in the Formal Dining Room at 8:30 am.

Coffee is available in the hall at 7:30 am.

Enjoy the Parlor, a relaxing and peaceful room decorated with elegant rugs, lace curtains, and imported antique chandeliers.

Inn Policy
Guaranteed Reservations by deposit of one night's lodging in advance.  Payment accepted by Visa, MasterCard, check or cash.  Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children or pets.  Smoking is permitted on the porch or in the garden area.  Ice chests are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
When notice is more than 7 days of arrival, your full deposit will be refunded.  If notice is 7 days or less, your deposit will be refunded if your room is rebooked.

Check In/Out
Guests may register between 3-5p.m., unless other arrangements are made.
Regular checkout time is 11a.m.

Room Rates
$135.00 per room per night, plus applicable taxes.  Two night minimum during
special events and Holidays.
